Who we are

UGC Locker (ugclocker.com) turns raw creator footage into captioned ads you can download in 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions: info@ugclocker.com.

What we collect

• Account details: email address and an encrypted password.
• Billing details processed by Stripe (card, subscription, invoices). We do not store full card numbers.
• Footage you upload, plus transcripts, scene cuts, captions, and rendered MP4s we create from that footage.
• Usage needed to enforce plan limits (minutes processed, ads generated, renders, storage).
• Basic logs (IP, timestamps, errors) used to keep the service running and investigate abuse.
• A replay of visits to the home page, pricing, sign-in, and sign-up: mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and the page as it looked. Text typed into form fields is masked. This is not tied to your account.

How we use it

We use this information to create and maintain your account, transcribe and caption your clips, render downloads, bill your plan, send transactional email (verification, receipts), and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information or your footage. Public-page replays show us where people get stuck.

Processors

We use third parties to operate UGC Locker: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (speech-to-text and caption generation), and Meta (a pixel that measures which ads lead to a new account). They only receive what they need to provide those services.

Cookies

We use session cookies so you stay signed in. A Meta pixel also runs on these pages so we can see which ads lead to a confirmed account. Meta may set its own cookies and receive your IP address and the page you visited. We do not send footage, passwords, or payment details to Meta.

Replays

On the home page, pricing, sign-in, and sign-up we record the visit so we can play it back: where the cursor moved, what scrolled into view, and what was clicked. A random id stored in the tab groups that visit and is removed when you close the tab. Text typed into form fields is masked. We do not store your IP address with that record, we do not record the signed-in locker, the legal pages, or password reset, and we do not record your camera or anything outside the page.

Retention

We keep account, billing, and project files while your account is open. If you ask us to close the account, we delete or anonymize personal data unless we must keep a record for taxes, disputes, or the law. Email info@ugclocker.com to request access, correction, or deletion.

Your footage

You own the clips you upload. We process them only to provide the product. Do not upload videos you do not have the right to use.

Children

UGC Locker is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
