Terms of Service

The service

UGC Locker lets you upload raw, uncaptioned creator videos, trim scenes, burn captions, and download 9:16 MP4s. We do not publish ads to Meta, TikTok, or other networks for you. Features marked “Coming soon” (including remixing ads that already have captions) are not part of the current product.

Accounts

You need a verified email to start a trial. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password private. You must be at least 18.

Your content

You keep ownership of footage you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, transcribe, cut, caption, and render that footage so we can provide the service. You confirm you have the rights (including talent, music, and brand) needed to use the files you upload. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material.

Free preview, trial, and paid plans

A verified account can use a free preview without a card: about 5 minutes of footage, up to 3 generated ads, and 3 MP4 downloads. Add a card to go beyond that.

Adding a payment method starts a separate 7-day trial on Starter limits. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges the plan you chose. Usage caps (minutes, ads, renders, storage, projects) apply during the free preview, the trial, and paid plans. Yearly plans are billed once per year; usage still resets each month. On the free preview, a project, its files, and its renders are removed 14 days after the project is created. On a paid plan they stay while the subscription is active. After you cancel, they are deleted when the paid period ends. Prices are shown on the pricing page.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from billing in your account, or email info@ugclocker.com. Cancellation stops future charges. Unused time is not refunded unless the law requires it or we made a billing error.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the service, overload it, share your login, or use outputs to impersonate people or run scams. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or create legal risk.

Availability

We aim to keep UGC Locker working, but transcription, rendering, and downloads depend on third-party APIs and our processing queue. The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost footage, missed campaign dates, or ad performance.
